Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before initiating any transaction.
Strict No-Refund Policy
All tips, donations, and monetary support sent through XDTIP are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a transaction, you waive your right to request a cancellation.
1. User Acknowledgement
XDTIP operates as a live interaction platform. By using this service to send monetary support ("Tips"), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:
- You are the rightful owner of the funds being transferred, or you have obtained explicit authorization from the cardholder/account owner.
- You are not purchasing any physical goods, digital products, services, or special privileges in exchange for this tip.
- The tip is a voluntary "gesture of appreciation" towards the content creator, made without expectation of return.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Possible
Due to the instantaneous and digital nature of our infrastructure, cancellations are technically impossible once initiated:
- Instant Execution: The moment a transaction is cleared, our system triggers real-time alerts on the creator's livestream. This service is considered "consumed" instantly.
- Irrevocable Fees: Payment gateway fees (e.g., banking charges) and platform operational costs are deducted at the source and cannot be recovered by XDTIP.
3. Chargeback & Fraud Consequences
We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding unauthorized chargebacks and payment disputes. A "Chargeback" occurs when a user fraudulently disputes a valid transaction with their bank to recover funds.
If you initiate a chargeback without a valid legal basis, XDTIP reserves the right to:
- Permanently Ban: Your account and IP address will be blocked from accessing XDTIP services globally.
- Global Blacklist: Your payment details (UPI ID, Email, Phone) will be shared with our network of fraud-prevention partners.
- Legal Action: We will report the fraudulent activity to relevant financial authorities and cyber-crime divisions for investigation.
4. Contact for Genuine Issues
If you believe a transaction was made in error due to a technical glitch (e.g., double deduction by the bank), please contact us within 24 hours at support@xdtip.in with your Transaction ID. While refunds are generally not permitted, we review technical anomalies on a case-by-case basis.
