To provide our monetization infrastructure, we collect specific data points categorized as follows:

Identity Verification Data: Full Name, Email Address, and Channel Identity (required for account authentication and security).
Financial Routing Data: Unified Payments Interface (UPI) IDs. Note: This data is strictly utilized for the processing of payouts.
Transactional Metadata: Payment timestamps, gross amounts, and supporter messages required for the generation of "Tip Alerts."

            Non-Storage Policy: XDTIP does not store sensitive payment instrument details (Credit Card/Debit Card numbers) on our servers. All processing is offloaded to PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
        

2. Operational Use of Data

We leverage your data exclusively for the following operational objectives:

Service Delivery: To facilitate the instant settlement of funds from supporter to creator via UPI rails.
Real-Time Overlay Generation: To trigger visual and auditory alerts (TTS) on your livestream via our WebSocket architecture.
Fraud Detection: To monitor transactional velocity and prevent chargeback fraud or money laundering attempts.
Compliance: To adhere to Indian financial regulations and digital tax reporting requirements.

3. Data Sovereignty & Sharing Protocol

We adhere to a strict "Need-to-Know" sharing policy. XDTIP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Data is shared strictly with:

Payment Processors: (e.g., Razorpay) solely to execute financial transactions.
Legal Authorities: Only when compelled by a valid court order or to investigate illegal activity within the platform.

4. Security Infrastructure

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest:

SSL Encryption: All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
