Terms of Service

Welcome to XDTIP. By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, or utilizing our overlay infrastructure, you enter into a legally binding agreement with XDTIP ("we," "us," or "platform"). Please read these terms meticulously.

1. Scope of Service

XDTIP operates as a Technical Intermediary. We provide the digital infrastructure that enables content creators ("Streamers") to receive monetary support ("Tips") from their audience via third-party payment gateways. We do not act as a bank, wallet, or financial institution. We facilitate the notification (alerts) and record-keeping of these transactions.

2. Financial Protocol & Fees

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following financial structure:

• Platform Operational Fee: XDTIP retains a flat fee of 5% from the gross transaction value of every tip received. This fee is deducted at source and covers server maintenance, WebSocket connectivity costs, and gateway processing charges.
• Settlement via UPI: All payouts are processed via the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). It is your sole responsibility to ensure your UPI ID is accurate and active.
• Liability for Errors: XDTIP shall not be held liable for funds transferred to an incorrect bank account or UPI ID resulting from user error during the setup process.
• Fiscal Responsibility: You (the Creator) are solely responsible for declaring this income and paying any applicable direct or indirect taxes (e.g., GST, Income Tax) as per the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the misuse of our financial rails. You may strictly NOT use XDTIP for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any form of financial fraud.
• The distribution of pornography, sexually explicit content, or content promoting hate speech and violence.
• Harassing, bullying, or doxxing other individuals.
• Testing stolen credit cards or payment instruments.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The XDTIP service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or strictly error-free.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party APIs (e.g., Razorpay outages, UPI banking server failures).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XDTIP and its founder (XDFUN) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
